Elky Schwartz

Dance Instructor

Elky Schwartz started dancing at La Zooz at the age of five, as part of its very first class. For the past 12 years, she has continued to train there in classical ballet and has been dancing en pointe for the past two years. 

She joined their first Teacher Training Program two years ago, and has been learning and growing as a movement educator through their focused curriculum. Last year she served as an assistant in one of La Zooz's five-year-old classes, and this year she is thrilled to take on her own class as the instructor of Ballet III. She looks forward to passing on to her students the love of ballet that this studio first gave her.
