Placement Class Registration

Please fill out this form to register for our Ballet Placement Class which will take place on Wednesday September 11th at 5:30-6:30pm.  Cost is $15, and will be applied to your Studio Director account and billed on November 1st or whenever you register for classes.

Girls should wear their hair up in a bun, bring ballet shoes if they have them (socks if they don't), a water bottle and wear leggings (no tights)
