Adult/Teen Dance Fitness and Conditioning
A dance class geared towards non-dancers, new dancers, former dancers, or current dancers with a focus on building strength, stamina, flexibility, and dance foundations. From learning ballet foundations and light barre work to fast paced cardio and stretching this class is sure to add some fun to your Sunday. Dancers will be provided with options that take into account different bodies and different ability levels so weather you're 15 or 115 you'll be sure to make progress towards your own goals. This class is a non-performance class with no stress towards looking perfect on stage.
