Mary Kelly

Mary Kelly is a Boston and Washington, D.C. based performer, choreographer, and music director. Mary is a senior at the Catholic University of America pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance. In her time at CUA, she has taken education and music ed classes that have shaped her technique and philosophy when it comes to teaching dance. Mary believes that dance education is ultimately education for the whole person: mind, body, and soul. Mary has trained in numerous dance styles spanning jazz, tap, and ballet, to musical theatre dance, street jazz, and contemporary/modern. Beyond dance, Mary is also a classically trained pianist and violinist, a skill that continues to enrich her musical and artistic pursuits. Mary is over the moon to be a part of this amazing team and looks forward to creating art with the La Zooz Dance family!
